Since graduating with a BSc in psychology and gaining her CIPD qualification in human resources, Hannah flourished in her career, gaining a vast amount of experience in numerous sectors before joining Smart Solutions in 2015. At Smart, Hannah is responsible for managing the HR function for the branch network, onsite division, European operations and central services, and has assisted with the development of the divisional HR Team in order to support the business through growth.
Hannah has coupled her keen business acumen with strong interpersonal skills to develop the ‘People Strategy’ and practices in line with the business objectives to ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Hannah originates and leads HR practices that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, productivity, employee voice, and ongoing development and retention of a superior workforce. She manages the internal recruitment for the company and plays an integral role in the development of the company’s incentive and reward schemes to ensure that Smart Solutions remains an attractive employer.
