Ian Williams

Ian is currently responsible for service and development for a significant account in the environmental support services division. He joined the team in October 2019 as Mobilisation Director to assist with the design and implementation of services for this account. Following the successful implementation phase, Ian became the Account Director for the group in February 2020.

Ian has more than 27 years’ experience in recruitment and training, and he excels in the design, implementation, and negotiation of contract and service standards. He has extensive experience within acquisition and tender work, and the financial P&L’s to make sure the client and company make an agreeable return. In addition to this, Ian has vast experience of the management of client services within large and small companies and he is proactive in assisting private and public sector clients to improve their business efficiencies and resourcing strategies.

People power fact:

With almost 30 years within the recruitment industry, Ian has vast knowledge of recruitment having worked a number of different roles, from starting as a trainee and working his way up to Commercial Director. His experience within the recruitment industry coupled with his work as a director managing a PPE company, shows that he is not afraid of new challenges and is always looking to develop his skills for personal and commercial reasons.
