Smart Solutions’ people are fundamental to its success. Responsible for specific sites across the North East area (predominantly Teesside), you will ensure that the functions run efficiently.
You will be field based and you will be responsible for the management of all workers involved in providing service to the client. You will co-ordinate the attraction of roles and recruit candidates to in turn support our clients in line with business needs. You will hold registration meetings and ensure that all relevant right to work checks and additional compliance needs are met. You will be responsible for the operational control of the contract ensuring that you are focused on achieving pre-set KPIs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous. You will be flexible in terms of availability for hours of work. As a confident communicator, fluent in both English and Romanian you’ll engage, consult and collaborate with your candidates, clients and colleagues. You will have the ability to work at a fast pace and plenty of resilience are also essential. You must also be able to plan, prioritise and multi-task effectively and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. Familiarity in a production/waste & recycling environment would be an advantage. Our standards are high, which means attention to detail is essential along with a strong understanding of our business and Values. Having a full UK driving license would be extremely beneficial.
