Customer Support Advisor – Ashby-de-la-Zouch

As a Customer Support Advisor you will provide exceptional support by answering incoming calls, processing bookings, dealing with enquiries and processing feedback related to the Environmental Support Services Division. You will respond promptly and courteously to enquiries, whilst acting as an effective intermediary between our client and account management team. You will meet and exceed company targets to drive customer satisfaction and process all orders with efficient communication. You will assist with basic queries and collate, analyse and report on relevant data using Microsoft Excel.
