The Role:

As a Regional Onsite Manager at Smart Solutions, you will be responsible for the efficient running of multiple client on-sites within a set Region. You will oversee the operational control of all on-site contracts within the Region

Skills & Experience Required

  • Communication and negotiation skills are essential
  • Previous recruitment management experience is essential
  • Experience with multiple sites is desirable
  • Previous experience managing an P&L and managing staff
  • Target driven, working to set KPI’s
  • Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK Driving license and own vehicle
