Managing a small team, the Resourcing Manager heads up Smart’s Environmental Support Services Resourcing Team who cover the UK and specialise in advertising and sourcing of various roles into the waste, recycling and utilities sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring vacancies are allocated and distributed effectively within your team and to ensure that our on-site people management teams receive the best possible service, ultimately servicing our clients effectively.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide the Senior Management Team with key data and analysis on market trends, job board analytics and innovation for further efficiency and effective output.
Specifically focussing on driver recruitment, you will work with our regional teams to ensure their requirements are met whilst using knowledge and experience to attract the best possible candidates.
The role will be home based with occasional travel required to our divisional head office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. You will be required to conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders via video link. View Job >
