Senior Recruiter – Various Locations (Pop Up Branches)

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for hungry Senior Recruiters looking for their next challenge!

As part of our ambitious growth plans, Smart Solutions are looking for hungry Senior Recruiters to expand our branch network and become part of our start- up branch strategy. You will expand our client base in your region, and drive strategic growth within our Branch Network. In return we will offer a unique bonus structure with the opportunity to fast track to a Business Unit/ Branch

As a start- up Branch you will be tasked with developing business by using your knowledge and expertise of your local area. This is initially a home based position with a view to open a permanent Branch once your client base has been established and KPIs are met

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a desk with the aim of building your own business unit/ Branch, within our Branch network
  • Identifying business development opportunities and wining new business in a competitive market. You will be responsible for the operational and new business management of a specified region assuming line management and supervision within your Branch
  • Candidate management and attraction
  • Management of profit and loss for your desk/ branch. Working to agreed KPIs as outlined by your Director

Skills & Experience Required

  • Communication and negotiation skills are essential
  • The ability to work to deadlines is essential
  • Proven track record of billing successfully in a 360 recruitment position
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Target driven, working to set KPI’s
  • Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to manage own time effectively
  • Good communication skills at all level
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Ambition to succeed and drive your business forward
