Service Consultant – Swansea

Smart Solutions have a permanent opportunity for a Service Consultant to join their vibrant, friendly team based in Swansea. You will be responsible for the running of a number of the recruitment branch key clients, including the management of all workers involved in servicing these clients. As a Service Consultant you will be responsible for all recruitment activity to ensure fulfilment, retention and service KPI’s are delivered for key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Ensure a complete understanding the client specifics.
  • Account Management – act as main point of contact for all designated key clients
  • Ensuring KPI compliance and providing feedback as necessary
  • Ensuring adherence to set policies and procedures
  • Complete all client reports and present to the client
  • Liaison with Smart Service Centres and regional managers to maintain support structures
  • Ensuring all records are kept in line with legislative requirements
  • Conduct and report periodic review meetings
  • Supervision of the production and supply of management information to the clients
  • Qualify and quantify any job details and specific requirements
  • Set Benchmark, for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
  • Offer an on-call service to the client and your supporting team
  • Conducting daily/weekly and monthly review meetings

Candidate Management

  • Candidate registration and Interview
  • Testing and selection of varied workforce to desired service standards
  • Providing inductions prior to work placement
  • Monitoring staffing requirements on all shift pattern and managing and organising of workers
  • Carry out work instructions in line with service standards
  • Recruitment personnel control –reviewing progress and performance
  • Providing and controlling all performance management activities
  • Conducting on site staff surgeries and inductions
  • Reviewing and setting service centre activity

Experience & Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Recruitment experience
  • Experience in a service driven role with excellent customer service
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
  • Ability to speak Polish
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
