Service Manager – Exeter

Smart Solutions’ people are fundamental to its success. As the Service Manager of the Exeter operation, you will ensure the function runs efficiently and will be focused on the proficient management of on-site accounts.

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the efficient management of operational delivery is to the highest standards and that revenue streams are maximised and costs controlled closely. There will be a real focus on ongoing improvement, continually delivering on contractual KPIs and building strong relationships with client contacts. The role will involve the management and development of an Account Manager to ensure that the day to day delivery of service is to the highest possible standards and that all Smart Solutions’ policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. A key part of the role will be to deliver on customer service ensuring that the added value aspects are achieved.

You will have a good level of verbal and written communication skills and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. You must have managed a team and be able to coach and motivate your Account Managers. Experience in a managerial position within the recruitment industry is essential. You must also be able to follow detailed planning and instruction.
