What was the brief?
Smart have supplied this client with warehouse operatives for a number of years during peak recruitment periods, but hadn’t been able to showcase our full multi-sector support offering due to PSL restrictions within the transport business unit. With the client struggling with their driver recruitment with their existing preferred driving agency supplier, they approached Smart to explore how we could address their driver supply issues.
The ‘Smart’ solution
