Jade Oliver-Morris

As Chief People Officer at Smart Solutions, Jade is responsible for leading our people strategy, HR function, flexible resourcing operation, and business performance team. Her role is focused on driving a high-performance culture, operational excellence, and a values-led approach across the organisation.

Jade works closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that our people agenda is aligned with our commercial objectives, supporting the continued growth and evolution of Smart Solutions. Jade’s approach is both strategic and hands-on; from shaping workforce planning and driving performance initiatives, to enhancing employee wellbeing and championing social value.

With over 12 years of experience in HR leadership and the labour sector, Jade is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments where individuals and teams can thrive.

Jade also leads our ESG efforts and heads up our Modern Slavery Taskforce, helping shape Smart Solutions’ long-term impact as a responsible employer and partner.
